What are Al Muhajabat's AMCC pricing policies?

We try very hard to keep our pricing consistent when shopping online. Occasionally, our pricing may reflect slight differences due to special promotions. Please feel free to contact us here anytime, if you have any questions concerning our pricing policy. We reserve the right to correct prices that are incorrect online.  If you would like us to  phone you, use our contact form and leave your phone number.

Does Al Muhajabat AMCC offer price adjustments on online purchases?

We welcome you to visit us often and keep in touch by signing your email address to our newsletter for current sales.  We do not offer price adjustments on purchases.

How does Al Muhajabat AMCC ship it's product?

All our hijabs are bought in bulk, and therefore may not be packed individually.  At the time of shipping from our warehouse, all items are pacakged into shopping bags, and proper shipping materials in order to ensure that your pacakge is safe in transit.

Internet Safety

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?

Yes. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.

How can I check to make sure my connection is secure?

Look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Checkout

How do I place an order?

When you're done shopping, click "checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide:  Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes your credit card billing address, the address you want to ship to, any gift-wrapping requests,  your preferred shipping method, your credit card type, number and expiration date.

I put items in my basket, but they are no longer there.

The problem usually occurs when security settings are too high, and the use of cookies is disabled.  Please enable cookies.  Also, if you are using the Mozilla browser, or FireFox we advise you to use Internet Explorer instead.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through an insecure connection.

What is a promotional code and how do I use it?

Whenever you receive a special offer for purchases at Al Muhajabat AMCC, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order.

Using the code is easy. Just shop and check out as you normally would. When you get to the billing information page of checkout,  enter your promotional code in the space provided and complete the checkout process.

How can I be sure my order has been received?

When you enter your credit card information and click "submit order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received by entering your correct email address. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

Payment and Billing

What forms of payment does Al Muhajabat  AMCC accept?

Al Muhajabat accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Online Gift Certificates  and pay pal.  We don’t accept checks, but use your “debit card” that works with your checking account.

Your billing address is the address you use to have your credit card bill go to. Whatever address your bill goes to, that is your billing address. It may be different than your shipping address, that’s okay; we want to ensure your internet safety, so you must have a correct address for billing.  Both the house address and the zip code must be correct, and be in the USA for us to accept your payment.

Your credit card any pay pal statement will read AMCC, American Modest Clothing Company.

Why is my order declining?

Double check your billing address. If it is an international address, or if your house number has dashes (115-17), chances are it will decline. 

Please contact us before trying to submit your info multiple times because banks will hold funds even if declined for address verification for up to 5 days.  Leaving you will funds on hold even when your order is not officially "charged" it is called an "authorization hold" and those funds will go back to your account within 5 business days.

Please contact us so this does not occur multiple times.

What is the error message I am receiving?

The N response code indicates there is no match on both the street address and ZIP code. If a customer has recently moved and has not updated their address to the issuing bank.

When will my credit card account be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of making your payment.

Shipping

What are Al Muhajabat's AMCC shipping rates within California?

Our shipping center is located in California, therefore we are offering our customers who ship within California  lower shipping rates.

What are Al Muhajabat's AMCC shipping rates?

You placed your order today, and you want it shipped in the quickest way, not next week! So we use the most reliable and quickest method for shipping, USPS.  Orders within the USA may receive their order within 3-4 days.  Please check the chart below for our shipping rates. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Does Al Muhajabat ensure delivery?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail with confirmation.  A confirmation number is not a tracking number, rather it lets the customer know once a package has been shipped and it let's Al Muhajabat know when you have received the pacakge.  If your confirmation says that your parcel has been delivered, yet you did not receive your package.  We are no longer responsible for the pacakge since the proof is with USPS, and all matters should be taken up with your local Post Office and postal carrier.

Does Al Muhajabat office insurance?

If you would like insurance on your pacakge, please let us know by CONTACT US at the time of your order and we will be happy to add it to your order at the rates of the USPS quotes.

Do you offer express mail shipping?

At this time, we ship by priority mail, in most cases your package will arrive within 3 days.  We are able to ship your pacakge by Express Mail by USPS at an additional charge and it will arrive within 2 days, with insurace and tracking. Please CONTACT US if you need your items quicker than normal. 

Where does Al Muhajabat AMCC deliver? 

We deliver all over the USA, US Territories, Canada, France, Germany, and United Kingdom.  If you are in another part of the world, CONTACT US and we will be happy to take your order with the payment of PAY PAL.

How do I use Pay Pal?  My Country is not listed.

How to use pay pal:  When you are ready to order, let us know and we can invoice you to pay us by pay pal!  Visit the pay pal website if you are not yet familiar with its payment system.

How do I use Pay Pal? And How do I pay?

Pay pal has a safe program that you can download to your computer and make payments online using funds in your pay pal account, even if a website does not accept pay pal. It is called PAY PAL PLUG IN we use it all the time!
